DIRECTIONS

Bath

Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.

Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.

Footbath

Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet.

Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin will feel pleasant, smooth and supple.

Dosage
750g of Magnesium Flakes contains 90g of elemental magnesium.

The Magnesium Tingle
On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. Storage
Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags.
